Terms of Use
By using Flapp ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app. The app is published by Molecorp Esports Sociedad Limitada under the ForumCopilot name ("we").
What the app is
Flapp is an independent app for forums that run the Flarum software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by the Flarum Foundation, or by any forum it can open.
Forums have their own rules
Everything you read or post through the app lives on the forum you are using. That forum's terms, rules, moderation and privacy policy apply to you there, and its moderators decide what stays. A forum may limit or block apps like this one; we cannot change that.
Your account and sign-in
The app has no accounts of its own. Each forum has its own accounts, created and deleted on that forum's website. When you log in to a forum, it issues the app a sign-in token on your behalf. You are responsible for what is done with that token on your phone; log out to end it.
No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse
You must not use the app to post or send content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening or violent, that exploits children, or that infringes others' rights, and you must not use it to abuse, harass or impersonate other people or to send spam. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.
- To report a post or message, tap ⋮ on the post and choose Flag. The report goes to that forum's moderators.
- To stop seeing someone, choose Ignore from the ⋮ menu on one of their posts, where the forum allows it.
- To report a forum, or anything a forum doesn't act on, email us at forumcopilot@gmail.com. We act on reports within 24 hours, and we remove forums that host or tolerate such content from the app's directory.

Open source
Inside each forum, the app is the open-source project flarum-app, licensed under the MIT License. That licence governs its source code; these terms govern your use of the published app.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Forums change their software and settings, and a feature that works today may stop working. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.
Apple's terms
If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app.
Changes
We may update these terms and the app. We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top; using the app after a change means you accept it.
